According to the Juba Post in Africa, a Sudanese man was forced to take a goat as his "wife" after he was caught in a compromising position with the animal. The goats owner said he caught the man with his goat and took the offender to a council of elders, who ordered the man to pay a dowry of 15,000 Sudanese dinars (U.S. $50.00) to the goats owner.
